Part of what sets Pilates apart from other types of workouts is the focus on the quality of movement over quantity of movement.

  • Yes! Please notify your instructor of any pain or injuries before class begins so we can help you modify appropriately.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Bring grip socks or go barefoot. No outside shoes are permitted. Water bottle is recommended. We provide towels.

  • Pilates is a great start for a healthy fitness routine. We guide you thru the workout with a pace that works for you!
